This is provided that there are still at least THREE non-supplemented choices on the menu. You may also offer your existing menu IN ADDITION to the prix fixe menu(s).

When do you need my menu?
We suggest submitting your menu by March 1 so when ads begin to run and diners go to the HRW website, your menu will be posted.

How do I sign my business up to participate in HRW?
Go to the business sign up page and fill out the form, including payment by credit card.

I would like to participate but I don’t have a credit card?
Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Checks can be made to WordHampton Public Relations and sent to 512 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937. Once the check clears, your business will be included on all press materials and the website.

Why am I paying a fee?
A participant registration fee of $395 includes: Listing on the website with a link to your website, phone number and HRW menu or offers; Listing in print advertisements; Online, TV and radio advertisements; Exposure on HRW social media pages; Public relations; Marketing materials; and HRW logo to use in your own advertising and promotional material.

Do I have to pay a fee if I have two businesses?
To be fair, all businesses with two or more categories must fill out a sign up form and pay the $395 fee for each entity. That is, if you own a restaurant and inn or if you own two restaurants, you must fill out one form for each and pay the $395 fee for both, totaling $790.

Why should I participate?
Restaurateurs experienced a surge in business during HRW, before the start of “high” season. Some reported a business increase of more than 50% during the promotion. HRW was designed to garner positive publicity and additional business for restaurants and has expanded to include lodging, wineries, and spas.

When will my business be included on the website?
The HRW website is updated regularly. Your business will be listed within a few days after you sign up.

I own a restaurant, how do I get in contact with participating vineyards for their HRW wines?
Participating vineyards will receive a list of participating restaurants and contact information. Vineyards will then reach out to participating restaurants.

When is the deadline to participate in HRW?
There is no deadline to participate in HRW. However, to ensure your business is included in the complete promotional campaign, it is best to sign on by March 3.

I own a vineyard, hotel/inn or spa. How do I submit the HRW discount my business will offer?
You must choose which discount(s) to offer on the sign up form.

Can I change my HRW offer after I submit it?
No. The reason for this is because we send out numerous lists to media, participants and diners daily and it becomes tedious to notify them of changes.

When should I offer my HRW promotion?
For lodging, vineyards, spa participants, a discount MUST be offered during the eight days of HRW.

Do participating restaurants have to accept reservations?
Your restaurant does not have to accept reservations for HRW if you prefer not to.

All participants will receive the HRW logo to display on their websites and ads via email.

I just filled out the participation form and paid the fee, how can I get a receipt?
